Responsible for greeting guests, processing payments, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Responsibilities:
Greeting guests, taking orders, answering questions about the menu, and addressing customer needs.
Order Taking and Processing:
Accurately inputting orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system and communicating them to the kitchen.
Fulfilling online orders from DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Toast
Payment Handling:
Processing cash and credit card transactions
Teamwork:
Assisting other staff members as needed, including kitchen staff, to ensure efficient service.
