Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with all staff to ensure efficient high quality service
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests
- Daily Manager tasks and reporting
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a hospitality manager required
- Ability to work well under pressure during busy shifts.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, and attention to detail.
- Food handler’s certification (or willingness to obtain one)
