I need professional Dedicated House Cleaning company or team for my 4 Airbnbs located in Marietta GA , Must live in Marietta or close be professional and have references. I have 4 Apartments all located that the same location that turnover every 3 to 4 days each. I have two 3 br 1.5 baths and Two 2 Br 1 baths Must be able to schedule my units for cleaning and they must be done I am a super host please call or Email if you meet these requirements .
Here are a few things you should know:
1. Each unit has a complete set of bed covering for each bed which is in the hall closet of each unit which makes it easy to reduce the biggest time waster which is washing and drying the bedding. There are also extra linens in the big shed the

Every turnover includes
KITCHEN // LIVING AREAS
o Clean & sanitize all surfaces, including countertops, tables, cabinets, etc.
o Clean & sanitize all appliances (toaster microwave, range, phone, toaster & coffee maker, etc.)
o Remove all leftover and other food from the fridge (restock with goodies if available)
o Empty all trash cans and replace trash bags.
o Replenish supplies, including soap, dish
o detergent, trash bags, & paper towels
o Sweep, vacuum or mop floors
o Clean windowsills
BEDROOMS
o Dust & clean all surfaces, including all bedroom furniture, electronics, lamps, fans, & blinds
o Wash & change linens
o Sweep/mop or vacuum floors, including underneath the bed
o Trash: take out, clean, & sanitize
o Clean windowsills
BATHROOMS
o Clean & sanitize all surfaces, including countertops, sink, toilet, & faucets
o Wash toilet, tub/shower
o Clean & polish the mirror
o Wash & change towels
o Replenish supplies, including soap, shampoo, & conditioner
o Sweep & mop the floor
o Trash: take out, clean, & sanitize
o Clean windowsills.
