Responsibilities:

2. Prepare and assemble pizza ingredients according to established recipes and standards.
3. Monitor and manage pizza ovens to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection.
4. Uphold food safety and sanitation guidelines during all stages of pizza preparation.
5. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate the timely and efficient execution of orders.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dough preparation stations and equipment.
7. Assist in managing inventory of pizza ingredients and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies.
8. Provide excellent customer service by accommodating special requests and ensuring customer satisfaction.
9. Stay informed about new pizza trends, ingredients, and techniques to contribute innovative ideas to the menu.
10. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in dough tossing techniques and overall pizza preparation.
Requirements:
