We are located at 5133 Peachtree Pkwy in Peachtree Corners, adjacent to Politan Row at The Forum.
The Millie’s Pizzeria Host is a dynamic, fast-paced role, responsible for guest communications, reservation
management, delivery & pickup orders, and overall stewardship of our restaurant. The Host acts as the first and
last point of contact upon guest arrival and departure, ensuring guest satisfaction during their experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/FUNCTIONS/TASKS:
Warmly acknowledge and greet all guests upon arrival to the space
Seat reservations and walk-in guests in accordance with service standards
Takes to-go and patio orders via phone and walk-up
Checks ID for all guests ordering alcohol
Facilitates all pickup orders, including delivery services, ensuring they are accurate
Ensures the patio is bussed and tidy throughout each shift
Stocks wine and non-alcoholic items for display at the ordering counter
Maintains a professional appearance in accordance with the dress code
Maintains complete knowledge of the food and beverage menus
Diffuses situations calmly and respectfully, preventing escalation whenever possible
Effectively and professionally communicates with guests via phone and the in-app messaging feature of
Square
Assists the floor team in bussing and resetting tables
Coordinates any concerns or unsatisfactory experiences of our guests to the Manager on Duty for
immediate resolution
Ensures the highest level of cleanliness and safety in our space at all times, pro-actively reporting issues
to the Manager on Duty
Monitors and protects property from theft, embezzlement, sabotage, fire and accidents.
Prints, displays, and updates in-store directional and marketing signage, ensuring displays are clean and
in good repair
All other duties as needed.
