A SW Atlanta Nightclub/Lounge is seeking an Experienced Chef.
Creating delicious & exciting dishes for our patrons on a nightly basis will be your core responsibility.
The ability to direct and lead a kitchen team to execute meal service is a must.
Must possess Serv-Safe Food Manager certification or obtain with 30 days.
Basic knowledge of food handling and preparing is a MUST. You will operate sautee stations, convection ovens, fryers and need to have a solid understanding of food safety, kitchen organization, and cleaning.
Experience in hotel kitchens or high volume catering operations preferred, but not required. Buffet-style presentation a plus, but not required.
Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays. You must also be available for a late afternoon to late evening shift and have the ability to stand on your feet for an extended amount of time.
