Midtown Bowl is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team in both full-time and part-time Cook positions.
The responsibilities for this role are diverse and include preparing menu items, stocking and rotating product, follow proper food storage guidelines and food safety procedures (ServSafe certification a plus), food preparation and portioning, cleaning, and equipment maintenance. Additionally, you will interact with customers, take and ring in orders, finish and deliver food, and maintain the cleanliness and stocking of your station.
The ideal candidate for this position is dependable, trainable, well-spoken, and enjoys interacting with guests. Must be able to handle a fast paced kitchen, communicate and work with others well, be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and capable of working on one’s feet, for long periods of time.
Flexibility is also important, as you must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Cooking experience is not a requirement, but is a plus.
