About the Role
We’re looking for a talented and driven Lead Line Cook / Kitchen Manager who’s ready to take charge of our back-of-house operations while actively cooking on the line. You’ll work closely with ownership to execute our seasonal concept but will also have creative freedom to influence specials, plating, and menu development. Additionally, we are looking for a Craft Cocktail Bartender/Server.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to feel invested in, have room to grow, and make their mark.
Key Responsibilities
Duties:
Execute dishes with precision and consistency during busy services.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station.
Ensure food quality, safety, and presentation meet our high standards.
Assist in prep, plating, and occasional front-of-house coordination for special events.
Oversee daily kitchen operations and lead the small culinary team.
Manage food inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships.
Monitor labor and food costs in partnership with ownership.
Enforce cleanliness and safety procedures.
Help with training, scheduling, and supporting other kitchen staff.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years experience in a kitchen, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Comfortable running a small kitchen with a high attention to detail.
Strong understanding of inventory, food safety, and cost control.
Creative mindset with a passion for food presentation and innovation.
Team player who thrives in tight-knit, collaborative environments.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively under pressure.
