We are currently hiring for the following positions:
BACK OF THE HOUSE - Cooks:
Ability to follow detailed directions and read tickets to company specifications
Maintain a high pace and intensity throughout the shift
Knowledge of commonly used kitchen equipment and sanitation procedures
Maintain kitchen equipment
Clean workstation area
Clean and store all kitchen equipment after use
FRONT OF THE HOUSE - Bartenders/Cashiers/Servers:
High energy and highly motivated individuals
Enjoy interacting with customers, naturally courteous
Completion of high school education required
Satisfactory background check
Ability to lift 30 pounds regularly
MANAGERS:
2-3 years of full-service restaurant experience (more than back house cook experience) required
Open availability for at least 5 days a week, including weekends
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Must have your own reliable transportation
All applicants should be experienced in full-service restaurant operations, dependable, trustworthy, and able to work effectively in a team.
We offer the following shifts:
Open Shift: 10:30AM - 6:00PM
Closing Shift: 5:00PM - 12:00AM (Sunday - Thursday)
Closing Shift: 5:00PM - 2:00AM (Friday & Saturday)
