Qualified applicants will have prior experience operating a scratch kitchen and being a team leader. Job description includes actively managing staff, procurement, execution and quality control, managing inventories, and maintaining order guides, recipe books, and build guides. This is a full-time position that requires working weekends and reliable transportation.
