Culinary Cooks – Help prepare, cook, and plate dishes for our restaurant and private events.
Banquet Chefs – Lead the charge in executing large-scale banquet menus, training kitchen staff, and ensuring top-notch presentation and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
Culinary Cook
Prepare and plate meals with precision
Memorize recipes, portions, and presentation standards
Operate kitchen equipment safely & efficiently
Maintain food safety & sanitation standards
Banquet Chef (2-5 years experience preferred)
Oversee banquet menu execution & team education
Direct food production & plating during service
Train line cooks and manage kitchen efficiency
Cost menus to align with budget goals
Foster an educational & growth-oriented kitchen environment
