Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage kitchen operations, ensuring speedy service of our menu items: chicken wings, tenders, fries, and burgers.
-Maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
-Oversee inventory management, including ordering and maintaining supplies.
-Ensure kitchen equipment is in good working order and adhere to cleanliness standards.
-Lead and support our kitchen staff, promoting a positive and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
-Experience in food services, ideally in a fast-paced setting. Previous experience in a food truck is beneficial but not required.
