Chef Kevin Gillespie’s Gunshow Restaurant is searching for Full-Time Host

Currently we are looking for a talented, passionate and hospitable person to join us as a Host. The right candidates will be someone who is friendly, well spoken, professional, hard working and able to multi-task. Knowledge of RESY and experience in fine dining is preferable.
This is a Full-Time Position, Wednesday-Saturday and you MUST have full availability to work those days.

Knowledge of industry and local food scene
Be a face of the restaurant (and a representation of the company), and foster a relationship with guests, assist co-workers/managers/owners with restaurant operations
Description of Duties:
Be the main point of contact for guests seeking info about Gunshow
Booking reservations/assistance to guests booking reservations
Provide basic info about revival Decatur or Red Beard Restaurants
Make confirmation calls for all reservations
Serve as a liaison between guest & chef, and guest & manager
Maintenance and organization of merchandise
Plan and seat dining room efficiently
Communicate service notes and information to servers/manager/chef
Greet Guests as they arrive
Answer phones
This will be a Full-Time position, and you must have open availability-4 shifts per week Wednesday-Saturday.
