Hosts are the first representative of Chai Pani that our guests have the pleasure of meeting. Hosts are additionally responsible for making sure that each new table is provided withmenus and sometimes water.Between seatings, hosts assist the Front of House team with bussing tables and pre-bussing tables to provide a swift and seamless turnover of customers. Hosts are responsible for adding customers to this wait list, estimating their wait times, and creating a plan for seating large parties. Hosts are also be responsible for assisting with ordering and picking up to go.
The floor support position is a broad spectrum job. Floor Support primary focuses are running food, running drinks, bussing tables and over all supporting service, servers and management. Floor Support also needs to be warm, friendly, and accommodating to help ensure that each of our guests has a mindblasting experience.
