DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare food in line with recipes and service schedules, ensuring quality and presentation.
Serve meals and prep for delivery with correct portioning, temperature, and taste.
Follow ticket collection procedures and maintain service records.
Clean kitchen and store/discard excess food following safe handling practices.
Organize food and supplies in refrigerators and storerooms.
Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as directed.
Assist with production planning, ordering, and inventory as needed.
Report maintenance issues and attend safety meetings.
Foster good relationships with coworkers, customers, and management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to prepare food in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts and maintain reliable attendance.
