Capella Cheese Shop in Armour Yards is hiring a Production Associate. We specialize in artisan focused cheese, specialty foods, and a great selection of wines. We are looking for an individual that has experience in BOH production, (making sandwiches, slicing artisan meats, packaging specialty foods, and some cleaning duties. The ability to work in a refrigerated environment is a must. We want people that enjoy learning and talking about food, and most importantly, like to have fun and want to make their work a happy place. No late nights and above average hourly pay.
