Nestled in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, The Peacherie is a beautifully curated micro food hall located within Midtown’s Arts District. Featuring a thoughtful mix of beloved chefs and creative newcomers, The Peacherie is more than a dining destination, it’s a community hub that brings together food, culture, and connection. Brasserie Lundi, the full-service anchor restaurant within The Peacherie, draws inspiration from French classics while offering a lively and modern experience that feels right at home in Atlanta’s evolving culinary scene.
Both concepts are operated by Hospitality HQ (HHQ), a creative consulting and management group led by award-winning chef Akhtar Nawab, known for delivering high-quality service and guest experiences across the country.
Position Overview
Bartenders at The Peacherie are at the center of the guest experience, crafting beautiful, consistent drinks while creating a welcoming and elevated environment. Serving both Brasserie Lundi (our French-American brasserie) and the vibrant Peacherie micro food hall, bartenders must be adaptable, guest-forward, and team-oriented.Whether mixing a signature cocktail or recommending the perfect wine pairing, our bartenders bring confidence, warmth, and professionalism to every shift balancing efficiency with exceptional service.
In addition to bartending, all team members are expected to rotate through bar support shifts as needed. This cross-training ensures team-wide accountability and a smooth guest experience regardless of role.
Key Responsibilities:
Bartending Duties:
Greet and serve bar guests with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism.
Craft cocktails to spec with attention to balance, consistency, and presentation.
Maintain strong working knowledge of the cocktail menu, wine list, and beer offerings.
Handle multiple tickets in high-volume periods while staying composed and focused.
Maintain bar cleanliness and organization during all stages of service.
Bar Support Duties:
Stock and restock beer, wine, spirits, glassware, juices, and garnishes throughout service.
Prepare mixers, syrups, juices, and garnishes according to prep lists.
Clear and run glassware to the dish area; maintain backbar organization.
Empty trash, ice wells, and assist with breakdown/cleaning post-shift.
Support bartenders by anticipating needs and jumping in where needed — no ego, all hustle.
Team & Service Flow:
Collaborate closely with fellow bartenders, bar lead, and front-of-house team to maintain rhythm and communication throughout shifts.
Adapt quickly between lead service and support roles to ensure team success.
Participate in team meetings, tastings, and service training sessions.
Compliance & Guest Care:
Uphold all health and safety protocols and responsible alcohol service standards.
Handle guest concerns with grace, professionalism, and urgency.
Follow proper opening and closing procedures including side work and inventory tasks.
Qualifications:
1–2 years of bartending experience in fast-paced hospitality environments.
ServSafe and TIPS Certified
Knowledge of classic cocktail techniques, spirits, and beer/wine service.
Willingness to rotate through bar support shifts and assist the team wherever needed.
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling.
