- 15+ years of delivery experience of large programs Extensive experience with working different stakeholders and managing client expectations 60% Delivery, Customer management- for multiple projects in Datawarehouse40% Solutioning & Architecture- On-Premise DWs, Big Data/Hadoop, AWS and Snowflake In-depth knowledge of solutions and complexities involved in delivering successful data migrations to AWS Worked with senior leaders within the organizations to provide solution thought leadership and transformation roadmap
- Project manager to manage various projects under Information Governance program in Cox.
- Good Communication skills to able to provide Daily and Weekly Project reports to senior leadership.
- Create and maintain the Project governance for assigned projects
- Plan and manage Project budgets
- Manage resources capacity, activities and on-boarding due dates for projects
- Assist in defining and manage Project scope and associated requirements.
- Manage changes to the assigned Project scope, communicating potential impacts to the project schedule and/or budget
- Identify the Project risks and issues; assist in the definition of mitigation plans and activities.
- Communicate risks and issues to key stakeholders as required.
- Coordinate executive clients, internal resources and third parties/vendors for the seamless execution of projects.
- Act as a single point of contact for 1 - 3 scrum teams of 6-7 big data engineers (onsite and offshore) building a Big Data analytics platform, collaborate with offshore management and client technical leadership, as well as serve as the technical engineering voice for these teams.
- Manage project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
