Description The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Office 365 administration, group policies, Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and virtualization technologies. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our systems while providing support to end users.Key Responsibilities:

Administer and support Office 365 environments, including user management, mailbox configuration, and security settings.

Manage and configure Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, and group policies.

Implement and oversee Microsoft Intune for device management, application deployment, and security policies.

Deploy, configure, and manage virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) to optimize resource utilization and system performance.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.

Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration details, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Perform regular system updates and patches to ensure security and compliance.

Provide technical support to end users, addressing system-related issues and providing solutions in a timely manner.

Collaborate with IT teams to plan and implement system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Proven experience with Office 365 administration and support.Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy management.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for device and application management.Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex system issues.Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent are highly desirable.Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
