The preferred location is Lafayette, LA, Knoxville, TN or Columbia, SC., but the position is open to Remote work anywhere in the US where there is a local CGI Office.Your future duties and responsibilities:Advanced proficiency in coding in AngularUI work will be 80% and Backend work will be 20%Work with product owners and other development team members to determine new features and user stories needed in new/revised applications or large/complex development projects.Create or Update documentation in support of development efforts. Documents may include detailed specifications, implementation guides, architecture diagrams or design documents.Participate in code reviews with peers and managers to ensure that each increment adheres to original vision as described in the user story and all standard resource libraries and architecture patterns as appropriate.Participate in all agile ceremonies including planning, grooming, product demonstration and team retrospectivesRequired qualifications to be successful in this role:8-10+ years of IT experience in Java/J2EE technologies4+ years of development experience with Angular with more experience on the latest versions 8+ and React experienceCompetent in distributed systems design and implementation. Experience with Object-Oriented Design and test-driven development.|Experience in testing automation using Junit/Mockito, CucumberHands-On experience with database development using SQLRequired 2+ years of AWS service experience.Experience in building application CICD pipeline using Jenkins, expertise in setting up CI/CDExperience with full Safe Agile, taking from Dev to ReleaseSuperior time management and work organizationStrong verbal and oral communicationWork as a team in a fast-paced agile environmentPassion for continuous improvement and learningEducational RequirementsBachelor's Degree in engineeringMaster's Degree - Desirable#LI-PK1#DICECGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
