Description Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a client in the Healthcare Industry that is looking to add a Senior Talent Acquisition Director to their team. The Senior Talent Acquisition Director will lead and manage the overall recruitment strategy for the organization, ensuring the acquisition of top talent across all departments. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in building out a talent acquisition program, employer branding, and workforce planning. The Senior Talent Acquisition Director will collaborate closely with senior leadership to align hiring practices with business goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement in the talent acquisition process.Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the organization’s overall business objectives and growth plans.

Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing, offer management, and onboarding. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Employer Branding: Develop and promote the company’s employer brand to attract top talent. Work with marketing and communications teams to create compelling content and campaigns that highlight the company’s culture, values, and opportunities.

Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the talent acquisition process. Implement strategies to attract diverse talent and ensure an inclusive recruitment process.

Workforce Planning: Partner with senior leadership and department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies. Monitor market trends and adjust recruiting strategies accordingly.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent acquisition vendors. Negotiate contracts and ensure service levels are met.

Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze key talent acquisition metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire) to identify areas of improvement. Present regular reports to senior leadership.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations during the recruitment process. Stay up to date on best practices and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred.

Experience: 10+ years of experience in a talent acquisition leadership role. Proven track record of successfully leading recruitment teams in a fast-paced environment.

Multi-state experience in a remote or distributed work environment is required.

Proven track record in developing and implementing successful recruiting programs and strategies in a multi-state environment. Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures. Ability to strategize and plan for the talent needs of the organization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with various recruitment platforms and technologies. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team. Excellent decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using HR software and other related tools. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management.
