Sr ISC Project Management SpecialistAs a Sr ISC Project Management Specialist here at Honeywell, you will drive the success of end-to-end supply chain initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the entire project life cycle, from meticulous planning and execution to vigilant monitoring. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is integral to identify and implement process improvements, utilizing your strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management.You will report directly to our Director Strategic Sourcing, and you'll work out of [Arizona: Phoenix, Tempe, Tucson; or FL: Clearwater; or GA: Atlanta, Norcross on a [Hybrid, On-site, Remote 3 in 2 out after 90 days]. You will be at the forefront of transforming our organization's supply chain landscape. Your strategic oversight and successful execution of end-to-end supply chain projects will directly contribute to heightened operational efficiency, streamlined processes, and cost optimization. Align supply chain projects with the overall organizational strategy, ensuring that project objectives contribute directly to the achievement of broader business goals.

Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain projects, overseeing planning, execution, and monitoring phases.

Proactively identify and assess potential risks in supply chain projects, developing mitigation strategies to safeguard against disruptions and delays.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities within the supply chain.

Implement best practices to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of supply chain projects, regularly reporting on progress and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Explore and leverage emerging technologies to enhance supply chain processes, integrating digital solutions for improved visibility, automation, and efficiency.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout project execution.

Maintain open and transparent communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and successes.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTSDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.YOU MUST HAVE 6+ years of experience in supply chain project management. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and effective information exchange.WE VALUE Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex supply chain projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and global team environment. Strong project management skills. PMP Certification preferred. Ability to drive change and inspire teams toward common objectives. Proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes. Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain function.
