The Sr Director FP&A role partners directly with executive leaders in the Client Services organization. This role involves leading financial planning & analysis activities including partnering with the business to prioritize investments, managing revenue and expenses, and providing broad decision support analytics to assist business leaders in running their functions.  The role requires strong executive communication, being embedded with multiple business teams with different value props and advising a variety of senior business leaders on financial management to achieve optimal business outcomes. The role requires regular collaboration with Global and Regional teams and requires effective performance with matrixed responsibilities.The role involves delivering important insights to senior finance leaders and requires strong influencing skills.
