Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves a lot of interaction with deliveries, inventory management, and project coordination within the industry. The workplace is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring an individual who can handle a variety of tasks. Responsibilities Verify the accuracy of deliveries by comparing purchase orders with invoices and packaging lists. Conduct thorough inspections of all deliveries to ensure they match order and invoice specifications. Ensure proper documentation is completed when receiving and signing for deliveries. Efficiently unload shipments from trucks and relocate items to specific storage areas. Organize and store received items in the correct warehouse locations. Update inventory records to reflect the arrival of new goods and materials. Carry out regular cycle counts to maintain precise inventory levels and guarantee stock integrity. Assist in the organization and staging of equipment and materials needed for upcoming projects. Collaborate with project teams to guarantee materials are readily available when required. Keep accurate records of orders, deliveries, inventory levels, and material requirements for projects. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively. Utilize basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry and inventory management software for tracking and order processing. Requirements Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is expected for effective financial management. Familiarity with Cerner Technologies is essential for smooth workflow. Mastery of Epic Software is required for efficient data handling. Profound knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary for managing resources. Experience with ERP Solutions is required for effective business process management. Proficiency in About Time software is needed for effective time tracking. Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls is necessary for maintaining effective communication. Auditing skills are required to ensure accuracy and compliance. Ability to create and interpret Charts - Graphs is needed for data visualization. Experience in performing Clerical Duties is essential for maintaining office operations.
