- Provisioning, configuring, and maintaining client-side hardware, software, and peripherals in addition to, as required, server and application support
- Providing support, technical assistance, and training to end users
- Assisting network and systems administrators with the installation, configuration, and management of network equipment, servers, and related systems-level software
- Windows Systems Administration/Engineering experience
- Azure experience highly preferred
- Citrix, Exchange & Cisco UCS experience would be ideal
