It guides the way we serve customers and help organizations and communities reach their potential.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for you as a Senior Software Engineer to lead a team of Engineers working on our Threat Intelligence platform. You will have past experience leading a team of engineers working with Engineering and Product Management, Design and customers to deliver delightful user experience. You will work closely with Architecture to build future proofed, high quality, performant and maintainable features.You will need a good understanding of scalability and availability in distributed systems. As a senior leader on the team you will be expected to drive process and technology choices. You will need to advance the technical progress of your projects while also mentoring others and holding the software quality to a very high level.You ideally have full stack experience, but front end and backend specialists will also be considered.Required Technical and Professional Expertise7+ years' experience in a software engineering role.
Expert level experience with Node.js and JavaScript. Expert in React an advantage.
Expert level experience with designing and developing enterprise applications.
Expert level experience with SQL and NoSql databases.
Experience with deployment and management of microservices to Kubernetes or OpenShift clusters.
Experience with service-oriented architectures and RESTful web services.
Preferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseExperience with designing enterprise REST APIs.
Experience with writing enterprise applications with Java and/or C.
Experience with Python.
Experience in Carbon an advantage.
CI/CD experience with Jenkins, Ansible or other similar tools.
Experience developing Kubernetes operators.
Worked with Agile development practices.
