We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our design team focused on FieldEdge — our all-in-one platform that helps contractors manage everything from scheduling and dispatch to billing and customer communications. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver intuitive, scalable experiences that empower both office staff and technicians in the field. You’ll play a key role in shaping the product strategy and design vision while solving real-world problems for our users.You’ll be part of a talented team of eight designers working across different software products within Xplor, giving you the opportunity to collaborate, share knowledge, and grow alongside a strong and supportive design community — while also owning end-to-end design for FieldEdge.As a Senior Product Designer, you will:Lead design discussions and define strategy for key product initiatives, translating user needs into intuitive and scalable solutions.Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to drive work from discovery through delivery.Execute thoughtful, high-quality design work with a strong attention to detail, ensuring alignment with FieldEdge's goals and Xplor’s broader design system.Own user research efforts — plan, conduct, and synthesize insights to inform your designs and improve the user experience.Design seamless, user-friendly mobile experiences for both iOS and Android platforms, with a deep understanding of platform best practices and constraints.Confidently present your work and rationale to cross-functional teams and senior leadership, adapting communication to your audience.Participate and facilitate design critiques, encouraging feedback and collaboration across teams.Mentor junior designers and contribute to team culture, growth, and shared learning.Contribute to and evolve design systems, pattern libraries, and documentation to ensure consistency across the platform.The average base salary pay range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000
