Position SummaryWhat you'll do Monitors sales and project budgets while assessing economic and customer experience impacts of project decisions, evaluating tradeoffs, and creating a sustainable, efficient, and cost-effective schedule for project deliverables. Ensures timely, cost-effective sourcing, delivery, and installation of materials for projects by managing vendor relationships and coordinating with internal and external teams. Owns and has accountability for multiple Realty execution projects, managing Store Project Leads to ensure scope of work is completed, organizing project timelines and deliverables, and facilitating meetings involving stakeholder teams. Leads the implementation of project plans by identifying plan requirements, collaborating with other stakeholders, directing associates, and ensuring all project requirements are met while maintaining phasing plans that minimize the impact to operations. Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in the development, execution, and improvement of action plans, providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices. Directs associates on process and procedures for project execution, including reviewing phasing plans, planning merchandise placement based on modular requirements, and advising on resources needed to ensure project and facility goals are met. Models, enforces, and provides direction and guidance to associates on proper customer service and techniques within Walmart guidelines and standards, reviewing and communicating customer satisfaction data throughout the project. Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, and identifying and addressing improvement opportunities. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and ensuring diversity awareness. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy, and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.Required experience:1.Project Management Experience2.Remodeling and construction experience
