Senior IT Field Technician / Greater Atlanta AreaAtlanta, GeorgiaHybridContract$28.79/hr - $29.75/hrOur client, a global leader in residential real estate franchising and brokerage, is seeking an IT Field Support Technician for a contract-to-hire opportunity in the Greater Atlanta area. Key cities/areas: Atlanta Johns Cree, Cobb, Marietta, Alpharetta, Buckhead, Cumming, Sandy Springs, Lake Lanier, Roswell, Duluth, and Covington GA.The primary focus is providing daily support for company staff and sales associates’ end-user technologies both company owned and BYOD in a local network environment. You will be tasked with working cross-functionally with other teams in the broader ITIL organization to ensure our customers receive the support they need. This can include working with WAN Engineers, Messaging Engineers, Access Teams, Application Development Teams, Facilities Teams, Telecom and various other business unit partners to engage the correct resource(s) to resolve an issue or complete a project.Contract Duration: 3 months, contract-to-hireRequired Skills & Experience
Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
At least 3+ years of experience, preferred 5+ years
Exemplary customer service skills (verbal and written)
Proficient Windows and Mac troubleshooting and support
Mobile device computing and support skills
Basic network troubleshooting and support
Microsoft 365 suite knowledge. Preferable experience with Exchange Admin
Help Desk and Ticketing System Process. ServiceNow experience a plus
Hardware and Software troubleshooting
Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis
High level of emotional intelligence
Professional presence while remaining personable.
Experience working with processes and procedures in a large organization preferable
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and prioritize effectively.
Ability to create new; and update existing knowledge articles through continual improvement processes.

What You Will Be DoingDaily Responsibilities
Provides both remote and hands-on user support by troubleshooting hardware and software problems for desktop and laptop computers as well as mobile devices.
Configures workstations for new users and upgrades existing equipment and software. Sets up and maintains network and telecommunication systems.
Troubleshoots LAN, server and connectivity issues.
Utilizes ticketing and hardware asset management system to remain on task within established Operational Level Agreements.
Re-images computers, performs data migrations, restorations, and conducts remote problem solving as needed.
Work collaboratively with team members on local and national projects by actively participating in meetings and making contributions to ensure delivery of technology products, programs, services, and improvement of Agile Product development.
