Description Robert Half HR Solutions is currently supporting our client based in Midtown Atlanta who needs a contract Sr. HR Generalist with a deep knowledge of Benefits, 401k administration, HR functions, policies, and procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the field of employee benefits, particularly retirement and 401K knowledge. The candidate will manage a wide range of HR tasks, from payroll to recruitment, and will be the first point of contact for employees all over the country.Responsibilities:

Administer employee benefits, especially retirement and 401K

Handle HR matters related to open enrollment, payroll, recruiting, and compliance.

Coordinate with HRIS, preferably with Paylocity.

Interact with employees as the primary HR contact.

Provide data analysis, audits, and generate reports.

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

7+ years of HR generalist experience.

In-depth knowledge of Employee Benefits particularly 401K Retirement Benefits.

Detailed familiarity with open enrollment, payroll, recruiting, and legal compliance processes.

Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in frontline employee interaction.

Advanced competence in Excel.

Extensive audit and reporting experience.

Proficiency in data analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in Paylocity HRIS.

Excellent communication, organizational and decision-making skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Note: This job opening is for a contract position with an initial duration of 5+ months, which may extend further. The role requires the candidate to work onsite 2 days a week. Prior experience in a similar role is a must.
