Privacy Governance ConsultantAtlanta, GA (Remote) We are currently seeking a Privacy Governance Consultant for our client to operationalize and scale current privacy program practices to cover the increasing scope of the privacy landscape. This individual will closely partner with functional leaders in legal, technology and the business to design, implement or mature important programmatic processes. This opportunity will allow a big thinker with superior tactical skills to show their depth and breadth of privacy governance processes.

  • Manage the data inventory development project that supports legal, privacy and information technology needs.
  • Support the implementation of a privacy assurance program through regulatory and risk-based processes.
  • Support development and maintenance of the enterprise privacy common control framework.
What do we require from you?
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent.
  • Prior administrative and technical experience leading data inventory efforts.
  • Knowledge of industry-accepted privacy frameworks.
  • Knowledge of privacy tools and technologies.
  • Project management skills.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Project).
Bonus points for?
  • Ad Tech company experience.
  • Previous experience working on compliance or legal initiatives.
  • Knowledge and experience working with data privacy legislation.
  • Technology experience in any of the following: data inventory, data tagging, websites, games, digital marketing, corporate applications.
  • Certifications such as: CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, CISM, CDPSE, CISA
