Position: Scrum Master PMLocation: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)Duration:12 monthsRole and Responsibilities Help team embrace SAFe core values, apply SAFe principles and implement SAFe practices. Formulate team agreements and ensures team follows them Facilitate events Iteration, Daily Standup, Iteration Planning, Iteration Review, Retrospective Represent team in Scrum of Scrums to engage and improve program effectiveness. Eliminate impediments or guide the team to remove impediments to improve the likelihood of achieving objectives of the iteration. Provide guidance to teams in constantly improving quality of their deliverables and meeting Definition of Done (DoD). Help team manage internal conflicts and guides team to pursue opportunities for improvement. Build trust and create a safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving. Assist in overall program/project planning and ensure cross-team dependencies are well-understood and modeled in plans and timelines. Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team. Facilitates preparation and readiness for ART events PI Planning, System Demos and Inspect and Adapt. Guides team in establishing normalized estimates and helps team understand how to breakdown Capabilities, Features and Epics into stories and low level tasks and also to estimate them. Ensures transparency by maintaining a healthy backlog for the team. Supports and educates Product Owner in his/her effort to groom and manage a healthy product backlog. Leads by example and provides all support to the team as a servant leader. Prepares and reports team KPIs and Metrics for Sprints / releases / project. Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelors degree in computer science or related degree. A minimum 9 years of overall experience in IT.
