- Minimum 5 years of support experience and at least 1 full Payroll implementation (US Payroll)
- Possess In-depth knowledge of SAP Payroll
- Configuration knowledge of US Statutory processes like Taxes, and Garnishments
- Extensive knowledge of writing and decoding Payroll schema and PCRs
- Time Management, ESS/Client, PA, and OM Modules
- Conduct Functional, Regression, and Integration Testing
- HRSP testing process
- Knowledge of Year-end activity
- Co-ordinate with SAP for product-specific issues
- Good knowledge of Interfaces integration and triaging issues in that
