Description We are in the professional services industry, based in Atlanta, Georgia, and we are currently seeking an ERP/CRM Developer to join our team. The role primarily involves developing and maintaining our Salesforce platform, ensuring it fits our business needs and integrates smoothly with our other systems. This is a short-term contract role with the opportunity to work remotely.Responsibilities: Develop and maintain our Salesforce platform, ensuring it meets business needs and integrates smoothly with other systems Utilize your knowledge of Experience Cloud, Salesforce Screen flow, Apex Trigger, and other Salesforce tools to enhance the platform's functionality Work with the Aura and LWC frameworks to create user-friendly interfaces Develop Apex Triggers and Controllers to automate tasks and improve efficiency Maintain and update our database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity Use your knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to improve our business processes Utilize AB Testing to improve the performance and user experience of our platform Create Salesforce Dashboards to provide valuable business insights Work with the team to understand and document business requirements Ensure our Salesforce platform is properly configured and managed.Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in ERP/CRM Developer role or similar Proficient in CRM and Database management Experience with EO/IR systems Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning Proficient in Microsoft software and tools Knowledge in AB Testing Ability to create Business Requirement Documents Experience with Configuration Management Skills in creating dashboards Strong design skills Knowledge of Salesforce APIs Experience with Apex Triggers Proficient in Salesforce Development Excellent problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a team and independently when required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field is preferred.
