Every outreach you make, every conversation you start, and every meeting you book is a step toward building meaningful partnerships that power the growth of our platform and our partners.Reporting to the VP of Business Development and Sales, you’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) that can benefit from Xplor’s embedded payment solutions. You’ll play a critical role in building a high-quality pipeline for our Account Executives by targeting vertical SaaS platforms across industries like fitness, wellness, retail, and healthcare.What You’ll DoProspect into vertical SaaS companies and ISVs via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreachQualify leads based on product fit, integration potential, and partnership readinessClearly articulate the value of Xplor’s embedded payments platform to technical and business stakeholdersBook discovery and strategy meetings for Account ExecutivesMaintain accurate records of outreach and lead status in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and targeting strategiesStay current on industry trends in SaaS, fintech, and embedded paymentsConsistently meet or exceed KPIs for outreach, meetings booked, and qualified opportunitiesLocationThis position is fully remote within the contiguous 48 United States, provided you have eligible working rights and can collaborate effectively across time zones. Base Salary Range: $65,000 – $85,000Additional performance-based incentives and career growth opportunities
