Engineers in Atlanta, Georgia.Key Responsibilities
Support operations of Blue Prism RPA Tool and supportthe application maintenance.
Deliver the service for the IT service managementprocesses, ensuring the smooth operation of the application.
Investigate and resolve issues and conduct performancemonitoring and configuration of software parameters.
Maintain application support processes and check thatall requests for support are dealt with according to agreed procedures.
Apply application management software and tools toinvestigate issues, collect performance statistics, and create reports.
Prioritize and diagnose incidents according to agreedprocedures. Investigate causes of incidents and seek resolution.
Escalate unresolved incidents.
Facilitate recovery following resolution of incidents.
Document and close resolved incidents according toagreed procedure.
Initiate and monitors actions to investigate andresolve problems in systems, processes, and services.
Determine problem fixes/remedies.
Assist with the implementation of agreed remedies andpreventative measures.
Carry out agreed application maintenance tasks.
Support “Go Live" after introduction of newsolutions.
Support the processing of service requests.
5% domestic and international travel required.
Telecommuting permitted up to two days per week.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related
field and 5 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation. In the
alternative, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
and 2 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation.Must have
work experience in:
2years with BluePrism Production Support and Developer;
RPAsolutions including Win Automation, Power Automate, or Uiflows,importing/exporting code from one environment to another, Windows clients, andVirtual machines;
LDAP,SQL, Visual Basics, or Dot Net Basics;
SupportingRPA-related infrastructure; and
Design,development, and testing of automation workflows.
