Description Robert Half HR Solutions is currently sourcing for a contract recruiter for our national client based in Atlanta, Georgia. The selected candidate will be responsible for multi-site and multi-state recruitment, focusing on skilled and semi-skilled maintenance professionals and mid-level salespeople. This role also demands high responsiveness to support multiple managers and handle roles with high turnover. This role will be remote 3 days a week and will be onsite in Buckhead 2 days a week. Responsibilities: Take charge of the recruitment of skilled and semi-skilled maintenance professionals across various sites and states. Manage the recruitment process for mid-level sales positions, ensuring the selection of competent and suitable candidates. Act as a brand representative, upholding and promoting the company's image and values during the recruitment process. Provide support to multiple managers, being highly responsive to their needs and inquiries. Maintain awareness of roles that have a high turnover rate and deploy strategies to ensure these roles are promptly filled and retained. Execute high-level recruiting strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent. Utilize skills in Recruitment - Sourcing, Corporate Recruiting, Engineering Recruiting, and Requisitions to enhance recruitment processes and results. Regularly report to both the Talent Acquisition Manager and the HR Director, providing updates and receiving guidance.Requirements A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry Proven experience with Recruitment - Sourcing Strong background in Corporate Recruiting Experience with Engineering Recruiting is a plus Proficiency in managing Requisitions Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Proficient in using recruitment software and tools Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
