Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Project Assistant in the non-profit industry, located in ATLANTA, Georgia. This role necessitates a highly organized and detail-oriented individual capable of managing timelines, processing data entries, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities: Oversee project timelines ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner Accurately process data entries with Microsoft Excel and Outlook tools Provide outstanding customer service to address and resolve inquiries Organize and manage files using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint Execute shipping functions as required Use scanning tools to digitize important documents Continually update and maintain customer records Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when needed Work closely with the team to ensure project deadlines are met. Requirements Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the Non-Profit sector is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders Experience with data entry and maintaining accuracy in high-volume environments Ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines effectively Excellent organizational skills, especially in regards to file management Experience in performing office tasks such as scanning and shipping functions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively A proactive approach to problem-solving and strong decision-making skills.
