Transform product requirements into actionable agile roadmaps via CICD
Build and drive capable multifunctional product development Scrum teams
Develop product roadmaps supporting business growth objectives
Develop annual operating plans, manpower forecasts, and development budgets
Define product and technology direction
Foster innovation culture by working closely with advanced technology development groups to bring cutting edge research
into products
Identify competing products and technologies, establish competitive differentiation for Honeywell products
Deliver high quality products compliant with product development processes, program schedules, development cost budgets, and unit product cost goals.
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum 1 year experience working in an Agile organization using Scrum, XP, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), or other scaling model
Minimum1 years experience as RTE, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Project/Program Manager
You have earned a Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, marketing or business management.
