Product Manager, Drive-Thru Enablement

This position will play a critical role in driving the 12-18 months roadmap for our guest-facing digital solutions in Drive-Thru.Key responsibilities include intaking and prioritizing consumer and business opportunities, developing business cases for capital investment, defining core business requirements, and overseeing the delivery of technology solutions from engineering and technology partners or vendors.Functioning as the CEO of Drive-Thru product, this role will develop a roadmap of business/strategic opportunities through prioritization and sequencing of deliverables, communicate the vision and objectives to business stakeholders and engineering partners to establish cross-functional alignment, balance deliverables against capital budget and engineering capacity, provide transparency into the progress of work that's in flight while monitoring business impact, and reporting out key learnings.In our fast-paced, matrixed, environment we often must switch gears at a moment’s notice and take effective action without having a complete picture. The Product Manager of Drive-Thru Enablement will build strong relationships and balance stakeholders across Engineering, Tech Ops, Marketing, Brand Leadership, Finance & PMO to ensure product deliverables create value for Inspire Brands while also improving the Guest Experience.This position sits in our Atlanta Support Center, with the expectation to be onsite 80% of the time.RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage the development of technology products, throughout the entire product life cycle, from roadmaps to end-of-life and deprecation.

Discover & prioritize opportunities to create and improve technology products to improve the guest experience or internal operations.

Proactively lead x-functional team of senior leaders and business teams within Inspire (including Engineering Product Management, Solutions Architecture, Tech Ops, Finance, Legal, and Brand teams) to assess and define robust solution requirements.

Define and create detailed product requirements for use internally and externally.

Define and manage KPIs to evaluate product effectiveness and propose adjustments to improve performance and ensure objectives are met.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

4-Year degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.

Modern product management practices, agile methodologies, and test-driven development experience.

Managing digital products, leading cross-functional teams in the delivery of products/services, coordinating development cycles, and delivering against release schedules.

Demonstrated thought leadership in solving guest-facing digital experience opportunities.

Proven track record of driving digital innovation and delivering results against stated business goals.

Demonstrated experience collaborating with both business and IT to accomplish project objectives.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES

Deep knowledge of consumer-facing industries (restaurants, retail, hospitality) and digital integrated technologies (Web/Mobile, POS Software/Hardware, AI/ML, Geofencing).

Strong analytical skills and an ability to lead data-driven discussions to drive alignment around prioritization and impact.

Ability to translate data-driven insights, business intent, customer needs, and/or technical direction into clear, concise, well-documented product requirements.

Exceptional prioritization skills with a strong attention to detail.

Experience in developing strategic recommendations with tradeoffs, ROI, and other cost-benefit measures.

Highly proficient in developing strong relationships with all levels of the business.

Ability to synthesize and communicate results clearly and effectively.

Energetic self-starter who thrives in situations with ambiguity.

Experience in diagnosing, isolating and resolving complex issues.

Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable information to drive results.

Creative and customer-focused; ability to develop practical yet innovative solutions.

Knowledge of the range of activities related to the product development lifecycle (e.g., opportunity identification, product discovery, project execution, and post-launch performance measurement and management)

Deep knowledge of agile delivery principles.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results; conscientious about meeting project deadlines. ​
