The Attorney position is a long-term contract / contract to permanent opportunity in the Atlanta, Georgia (Buckhead) area. Major responsibilities
Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department
Analyze and summarize legal documents
Work with clients and correspond with opposing counsel
Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents Requirements - Demeanor to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling priorities, and adhering to strict deadlines
Licensed attorney (Georgia good standing)
Excellent academic credentials and references
Deep understanding of drafting
Personal Injury Litigation experience is a MUST
Trial preparation experience
Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills
Be detailed, flexible, and organized
Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
