Role: PeopleSoft AR Functional Lead Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: Contract Job Description:
- PeopleSoft Financials Functional Consultant with 15 years of experience
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience in Requirement Gathering, preparing functional Designs
- Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft AR module
- AR module configuration for new AR BU
- AR BU setup o Entry Type/Reason understanding and configuration
- Revenue recognition o VAT handling of Cash deposit recording manually
- Cash deposit using excel to CI templates o Differed revenue handling
- Advance billing and payment but recognizing the revenue based on the schedule
- Multi-currency handling for Pending Items and cash receipts/application
- Understanding of Lockbox
- Cash application
- Worksheet creation and maintenance o Write-offs (over and underpayments)
- On-account treatment for the access cash received
- Payment predictor configuration o Payment posting
- Pending Item posting o Understanding of AR to GL flow and configure new AR BU to flow to GL
- Customer configuration o PeopleSoft Queries using AR tables
