Join us!Job Description:Our product organization is growing, and we are seeking a product manager to join our hardware merchant solutions team.The Payment Terminal Product Manager will play a key role in defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap for payment terminal solutions across our multiple platforms. In this role you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of POS Terminal software and POS terminal solutions. This may extend to other manufacturers in the future. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software development, design, commercialization, sales, and operations, to deliver innovative and customer-centric payment solutions.Responsibilities:
Develop business cases for new products and features
Engage with our client facing teams to fully understand the needs of current and prospective clients
Define the roadmap, product requirements, create user stories and define acceptance criteria
Own and maintain the terminal product roadmap including ongoing prioritization/backlog
Partner with cross functional commercialization team to develop go-to-market plans, product messaging, and sales enablement materials.
Collaborate with the merchant operations team to ensure optimal client experience related to client terminal activation and support
Serve as escalation point and SME to production support team for issues/incident resolution management
Required Qualifications:
Think strategically and critically while also being able to execute at a tactical level
Executive level presentations
Payment terminal ecosystem including working with terminal manufacturers knowledge
Multi year experience with semi integrated model, android OS, UI/UX
Technical knowledge and experience with EMV, contactless, encryption and tokenization
Leading cross functional teams with success experience
Engage directly with software developers with experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies
Understand how to navigate challenges and make recommendations/decisions around tradeoffs to continue achieving goals
