For our clients, our Oracle Managers reduce cost and support innovation at the enterprise level by managing end to end delivery of our engagements, engaging in client management and promoting innovation and value enablement for their Oracle applications.Deloitte's Managed Services act as an extension to client's organizations by bringing deep capabilities in advising, maintaining and enhancing technologies to serve alongside client teams to deliver insights across flexible economic models that align cost to consumption, delivery to realized outcomes and engagement accountability to a truly collaborative partnership.Responsibilities will include:

Client Management: Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors

Delivery: Manage and deliver Oracle operate client engagements end to end. You will assume single point of ownership and are accountable for all client service delivery related activities including stakeholder management, team management, reporting, escalation and communication management

Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies

People Development: Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices

12+ years of Oracle consulting or industry experience in an AMS/support environment

5+ years of Delivery Management experience

3+ years of Managed support engagements with Oracle Cloud ERP clients

Experience in a multi-technology and multi-application environment

Experience in support roles in a multi-technology environment (ex. ERP, Reporting and Business Intelligence, CRM, Database Administration, SOA and B2B)

Global AMS experience

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional work experience

Ability to travel up to 25%, based on work you do and the clients and industries/sectors your serve

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in RFP and proposal development such as sizing for Oracle Cloud ERP and associated boundary applications operational models

Work in a multi-vendor environment and demonstrate leadership and ownership in resolving end to end problems for client in Oracle Cloud ERP.

Experience with SLA adherence and active engagement with Client to help achieve KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)

Experience in ITIL Framework

Oracle SaaS Cloud experience

Project Management Professional (PMP) certified

Experience selling $3M+ consulting services per year

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
