Job DescriptionResponsible for conducting HR functionality within the project; consultant engagement, morale initiatives, approving payroll, maintaining master roster, etc.· Assist Project Manager with creating and maintaining client facing and internal reporting within CRM and SharePoint· Participate in Evergreen internal collaboration initiatives· Responsible for the oversight and execution of consultant onboarding process· Attending, documenting, and adhering to the client's two to six week training period· Coordinate with Account Managers to set up interviews and manage interview tracking, including onsite interviews/walkthroughs· Support Project or Program Manager in interviewing prospective consultants for the program· Responsible for project wide consultant facing communication, celebrations, and announcements· Document and distribute Project Leadership meeting minutes and notes· Partner with Project or Program Manager on delivery related initiatives including interfacing with clients in person and virtually.· All other job duties as assignedWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
