Description We are currently seeking a diligent General Office Clerk to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves performing a variety of office services, including reprographics copy and mail services, in both physical and digital environments. You will be required to adhere to established procedures, meet deadlines, handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information, and work well in a team environment. Responsibilities: Utilize appropriate logs for all office services work. Ensure that job tickets are properly filled out before beginning work. Perform work in office services primarily reprographics, mail, and intake functions according to established procedures. Prioritize workflow and perform Quality Assurance on own work and work of others. Load machines with various paper, toner, supplies, and answer telephone emails and place service calls when needed. Interact with clients in person, over the phone or electronically. Follow procedures to run jobs in a proper order and communicate with supervisor or client on job or deadline issues. Meet contracted deadlines for accepting, completing, and delivering all work. Troubleshoot basic equipment problems and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Adhere to policies in addition to client site policies and use equipment and supplies in a cost-efficient manner.Requirements Proficiency in customer service and communication skills Familiarity with office functions, operations, and procedures Experience in answering inbound calls and handling service calls Ability to supervise, manage workflows, and understand hiring processes Skilled in the use of digital machinery, workstations, and troubleshooting Knowledge of scanning documents, maintaining logs, and quality assurance Capable of performing receptionist duties and providing workstation support Proficient in the distribution of faxes and maintaining paper records Experience in working with policy and procedures Willingness to work overtime if necessary Strong phone presence and communication skills Ability to maintain a clean and organized facility.
