Description We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer with expertise in routing, switching, and firewall management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructures, with a particular focus on ensuring robust security measures through effective firewall configurations.Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure components, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking devices.

Configure and optimize routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP to ensure efficient data flow within the network.

Manage and troubleshoot network issues, including performance bottlenecks, connectivity problems, and security vulnerabilities.

Implement and maintain firewall policies to safeguard the network from unauthorized access, intrusions, and malware threats.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network-related projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance network security and performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience as a Network Engineer, with a focus on routing, switching, and firewall administration.

In-depth knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) and switching technologies (VLANs, STP, EtherChannel).

Strong understanding of firewall concepts and experience with leading firewall platforms (e.g., Cisco ASA, Palo Alto Networks, Juniper SRX).

Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, SNMP, syslog).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
