This role blends strategic leadership with content creation—guiding go-to-market planning, managing multi-channel asset development, and producing compelling brand and product videos from concept through post-production.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of multimedia content creators to ensure high-quality creative output and professional development.Plan, produce, and edit brand and product videos including motion graphics and 3D from concept through post-production.Manage multiple multimedia projects and team workflows using project management tools to meet deadlines and priorities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute multimedia assets aligned with brand, product, and marketing strategies.Develop and execute multimedia strategies and go-to-market plans that support product launches and campaign initiatives.Oversee creative quality and brand consistency across all multimedia content and platforms.Research and apply emerging industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance creative execution.
