Visa is seeking a Paralegal to join the Global Product, IP and Services legal team to provide support to the Marketing Legal team responsible for advising and supporting Visa Marketing and Sponsorships teams.Applicants must be experienced in providing assistance on legal drafting and advice related to U.S. marketing and sponsorships. The candidate should be knowledgeable on applicable marketing-related legal and regulatory concerns, including marketing and promotions law, privacy, and licensing. This position requires a business savvy team player who is collaborative with sponsorship, marketing and legal colleagues and can work with minimal supervision.
