A Sales role with us allows you to be a part of this growth. You will be responsible for selling our cutting edge Enterprise Health Record software to senior level executives and managers at hospitals and healthcare networks. The products that you are selling allow for patient care to be delivered in a more cost effective and safe manner. As a member of our Sales team, your job would involve:Obtaining a depth of knowledge on all MEDITECH solutions and servicesStrong comprehension of health care industry initiatives and the correlation with MEDITECH solutions and servicesAggressively sell MEDITECH's established standard solutions and servicesMaintaining accurate and standardized account recordsEnsuring the timely and accurate completion of responses to "Requests for Information" (RFI's) and "Requests for Proposals" (RFP's) from prospectsAttending regional trade showsActive participation monthly regional sales meetings and quarterly divisional meetingsCoordination of product demonstrations and presentations of MEDITECH softwareMaintaining a level of understanding of issues related to health care and specifically to hospitals and health systemsCovering assigned territories, and traveling 60% of the timeWhat You Should HaveBachelor's or Associate's degree preferred and/or 2-3 years of applicable work or military experienceMinimum of 3-5 years of healthcare and/or enterprise sales experiencePassion for healthcare and technologyProven track record on relationship cultivation at all levels of managementExceptional written and verbal communication skillsBasic knowledge of hardware and technical requirement associated with the MEDITECH systemProven, dynamic presentation skillsHigh degree of professionalismStrong customer relationship management skillsAbility to foster strong, positive relationshipsProven ability to set goals and meet deadlinesUnderstanding of health care industry initiatives and correlation to MEDITECH solutionsWork with sales management to develop strategic sales plan for the territoryUnderstand competitor sales strategies, product solutions and tacticsIn compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
